Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 33kk website at 33kk.im, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by 33kk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously had a 33kk account suspended, closed, or terminated for any breach of these Terms;
• You are acting in good faith and not for the purpose of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

33kk conducts age and identity verification checks as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other acceptable identification document before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

33kk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect underage access attempts. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at the sole discretion of 33kk after identity is confirmed.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 33kk platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 33kk account, you agree to:

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You may enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings, and we strongly encourage all 33kk users to do so.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33kk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33kk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa;
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Deposits are credited to your 33kk balance upon confirmation by the payment provider;
• 33kk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval;
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day;
• 33kk does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own charges;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 33kk account;
• 33kk may require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds;
• 33kk reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of due diligence checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

33kk offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of offer. The following general provisions apply to all 33kk bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33kk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 33kk content without prior written consent;
• Use the 33kk brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 33kk intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 33kk.

Limitation of Liability
